Arsenal and Chelsea are still on course for European honours this season. Check out their Europa League semi-final dates here.

Arsenal confirmed their place in the last four with an impressive 1-0 away win at Napoli, sealing a 3-0 aggregate victory over the Italian side.

They will face Valencia in the semis, after Unai Emery’s former team battered La Liga rivals Villarreal 5-1 on aggregate.

In the other semi-final, Chelsea‘s pulsating 4-3 win at Stamford Bridge saw them through 5-3 on aggregate against Slavia Prague, to face Eintracht Frankfurt – who came back from two down to edge out Benfica on away goals in Germany after a 4-4 aggregate scoreline over two legs.

Both semi-finals will be played on Thursday, May 2 and Thursday, May 9.

Because Arsenal have been drawn as the home team in their tie, they will play at the Mestalla on May 2 before welcoming Valencia back to the Emirates a week later.

It will be the other way round for Chelsea though, who will host Frankfurt on May 2 before visiting Germany on May 9.

The winner of each tie will go forward to the final in Baku, Azerbaijan, on May 29, where the winner of Frankfurt vs Chelsea will be the designated home team.

What domestic fixtures will be affected?

Arsenal are currently scheduled to host Brighton on Saturday, May 4, less than 48 hours after the first leg of their semi-final. Likewise, Chelsea have a home fixture pencilled in against Watford for the same time.
