Swindon striker Michael Doughty could return to contention for the home game against Morecambe.
Doughty has missed the last five games due to a hamstring strain and, although still doubtful for this week, he is hoping to be back in the squad. Goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux is on international duty with Chile, so Luke McCormick is likely to return to the starting line-up.
Boss Richie Wellens has no new injuries following last week’s goalless home draw against Port Vale, but on-loan pair Ben House (Scotland Under-21s) and Canice Carroll (Republic of Ireland Under-21s) are also on international duty.
Morecambe pair Rhys Oates and Aaron Wildig could both return to the squad. Forward Oates missed last week’s goalless draw at Notts County due to a groin strain and midfielder Wildig was rested.
Wildig recently returned to action after being sidelined for over two months with a knee injury. Boss Jim Bentley has no new injury or suspension worries, but forward A-Jay Leitch-Smith (hamstring) is still a long-term absentee.
