Jerome Powell spoke with the media Wednesday at the conclusion of the central bank’s two-day policy meeting. The Fed caused a rebound in stocks and sent yields reeling after indicating it expected to keep rates at current levels for the rest of the year. The central bank also downgraded its viewpoint of the economy and said it would end its balance sheet unwind in September.
